Track and Field has always been one of my main priorities. I know when I walk onto the track, all worries past and present, disappear. My only focus is how I plan to use my body in the most efficient fashion to cross the finish line. I know hurdling has two meanings: an obstacle or difficulty and an upright frame that athletes must jump over. My life has been a series of hurdles I've gone over to reach success. It would be an honor to continue hurdling through my college career. I have a dream that one day I will be able to hurdle as a career.
