My name is Gisèle Young. Being a 400MH isn’t just physical, it’s a mental sport. It’s a game of who is more eager to reach their goals in the long run, a game that determines who is more willing to withstand the pain until they’ve hit that milestone. I take criticism well and I work well with others, I wish to compete in college to learn from others and improve. Determination and a consistent work ethic is key to becoming a better runner and I believe that I have those traits. I always give my ultimate best.
