Personal Statement
Since the age of 8 I have been part of a local track and field club, Liverpool Harriers Athletics Club, where I have competed nationally up and down the country. Furthermore, I have qualified for English Schools, where I represented my county (Merseyside) running the 200m and the 4x100 and placed 7th nationally in the 200m for my age group. The outdoor season started strongly, and I am continuing my success with personal bests in the 100m and 200m with times of 12.1s and 25.2s, respectively. My aspiration/ target for July 2025 is to achieve 11.97s and 24.26s in the 100m and 200m. Track and field is not my only sport. I am also a part of the school's netball and hockey team, which plays throughout the autumn of the academic year. Along with talent on the track, academics have to do a lot with the process of recruitment. As an International Student from England, I have achieved grades ranging between 5-8 in my GCSEs, which I have calculated on average to be a 3.6 GPA. As for now, I am currently studying Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics for my A-Levels, for which I have predicted all B's towards my final year which will be in Year 13 2025. My academic career ambition in the future is to study Engineering. What makes me a good candidate for a team is that I am very supportive and show a great interest in my peers, I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with the utmost respect.
