Personal Statement
My name is Aisha A Johnson and I am 17 years old. I am a current 12th grade student of Kingsway Academy High School in Nassau, Bahamas. I aspire to be a dermatologist major, and an athletic training minor. I am very focused and determined to compete competitively as a track and field athlete in college. I have been competing locally in the Bahamas for about 5 years, and I am dedicated and committed to using my talents to the best that I can. I am an AP student at my school, and i have worked diligently over the years. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.755.
I am also very involved in my school and community. I am a prefect, and I am the president of the prestigious honor society: Alpha Kappa Tau. I am also treasurer of the Key Club at my school, and I am a member of the yearbook club and track team. I am confident that I make a good candidate for your team, as I am a well rounded individual with proven leadership, social, and academic skills. I am determined to improve as a track and field athlete, and to one day become one of the top sprinters in the world.
