- 2023 Spotlight
Personal Statement
I was born in Nassau, Bahamas. Where I started track when I was 4 years old, and it has been my passion since then. My parents saw the potential in me and decided to put me in a track club. I tried different events including the 100m, 200m and long jump throughout my career, and I found that I'm a fairly outstanding athlete.
I aim to compete in collegiate track & field at a competitive academic institution. I’ve always strived to achieve excellence both in and out of the classroom, and wish to challenge myself as a DI/DIII student-athlete. Criminology has been my primary major choice, and I would love to bring my passion to a world-class university. I’m very involved in school activities such as participating on the track and field team, but also dedicate leisure time to self-interest and family. I look forward to competing as a track athlete in the fall of 2023 for a world-class school athletically and academically!
