Personal Statement

I'm a US citizen (Virginia Resident) who lived and trained for my first year and a half of high school in Haymarket, VA and now I live, run, train and compete in Rome, Italy!

My father is detailed in Rome for the rest of my high school career.  I go to an international school here - the American Overseas School of Rome.

What's most unique about me?  I have qualified and run in both the USA nationals and Italian national championships (indoor and outdoor) and I learned to speak Italian just by training with my new club team and immersing myself into the language.

A top academic school is my #1 priority.  I push myself in school and on the track.  I am carrying 4 Advanced Placement (AP) classes.

I don't promise to be the best, but I do promise to be the hardest working.
