My name is Shay Sinnard and sports has always been the focal point of my life. I love participating in sports because it gives me the opportunities to constantly grow and learn with my team mates but most importantly it feeds my fire to win. Especially winning with a team, it's the best feeling in the world. Knowing that all the hard work and time you've sacrificed payed off. That feeling is what I'm looking for at the college level. I love talking to new people, and my goals for becoming a college student athlete is making unbreakable bonds with people over the love of the same sport. I enjoy celebrating with people after their success it makes me so happy to see them happy. Plus I love when people I meet give me advice. Something I have noticed about my self is how I ask my team mates about what I can do better, and what I'm doing wrong. I like constructive feedback because I'm always looking to try something new that can help me. Being a four sport athlete and working two jobs I've learned to manage my time. I juggle a lot of things and on top is school work. I like to get things done and I try hard in school to keep my grades up. I do my very best at everything I can. I also get along with everybody I meet and I'm always looking for opportunities to help better myself as an athlete and team mate.
