I’ve grown up around sports my whole life. As i’ve gotten older my love for running has grown. I run track and cross country. In track I run mostly sprints, 400m, 200m, 100m, and I long jump. My times for cross country are also continuing to drop. My pr now is 19:55 and I would like to see that drop even more. I love lifting and working out. I will continue to work hard to see improvements in my running, both long distance and short distance. A fun fact about me is I have a dog named Milly and she’s awesome!
