I have been running since I was 6 years old. I started competing at the National level at 9, and have qualified for the Junior Olympics, both AAU & USATF in all 3 of my events each year through 2016, but participating in the AAU JO each year. In 2016, I was the National Champion in the Pentathlon and also earned 6th place in the Nation in the 800 M run. In 2017 I took the year off due to family medical issues, and although I have not been as active in the AAU and USATF programs, I am determined to continue my running career in college, along with earning my degree in the medical field. As a freshman, I qualified in 4 events at the Iowa Girls High School State Track Meet, bringing home 3 medals. During off season, I also play volleyball, basketball, tennis, and softball. My hobbies include camping, swimming, & riding dirt bikes.
