I want to get a good education and continuing to run competitively while I do it. I have a gift, and recognize it, so I'd like to be able to use it to help pay for my education. I love team sports and have played club soccer and basketball most of my life, but track is my favorite. I get along with all types of people, I am a hard worker and I am always smiling. I have developed leadership skills through playing point guard in basketball, but also through serving on our school's Student Council and Raven Flight Corps that we are selected for through a leadership development process and interview to help organize school activities, pep assemblies and general school spirit. I also go on a church mission trip each summer to help others and have learned just how fortunate I am with what I have.
