My dream for as long as I can remember has been to run at the college level. I've been running since the 6th grade and hope to never stop.
Each year I strive to get stronger and set new personal records. I work hard in the off season with cross fit and run the hills endlessly to build my hill power for tough courses. I'm more than willing to put in the work to help my team succeed. I welcome the push from coaches to be the best that I can be.
At school, I'm just as focused. My grades have always been important to me and have maintained over a 4.0 GPA my whole high school career. I take AP class and have passed the AP exam for college credits. Feeding the hungry is very important to me. I volunteer at a local non-profit that distributes food to local food pantries. My family farm even raises cattle and donates beef to our community.
I hope to realize my dream of putting on that college uniform and competing with the best of the best. I'm ready to run and get my degree!
