Personal Statement

I take my sports and academics seriously but enjoy having fun with my team. I think of my team as family good or bad we stick together on and off the court. I enjoy setting new goals and accomplishing them each year. I've competed in track and cross country since my sixth grade year and want to keep breaking records and surprising people. I love learning new techniques and ways of getting stronger and better not just for myself but for my team. Even though athletics is a big part of what I do academics is my priority. I work just has hard in the classroom as I do on the track. I strive to be the best I can. I believe nothing in life is easy and given to you. You have to work hard to be able to succeed in what you want in life.
