Ashley Nfon '21 Recruiting Profile

I love track and field because it is such a unique sport. It’s both an individual and team sport which creates a whole different dynamic. I like how you determine your own results and performance, but your team is always there supporting you, and maybe even out there competing against you. 

Some of my interests outside of track and field include soccer and art. I played club soccer for about five years, before stopping to focus on track and field. I also am very interested in art. I draw, paint and I also make jewelry.  

It has been a goal of mine to run for a university team for years now, and I’m working hard to achieve that goal!
