Personal Statement

My collegiate goals are to be the best I can be as a person, an academian, and as a teammate. I desire to compete in Track and Field for a college that best suits my needs for success in athletics and academics. My ultimate goal is to graduate from college with a degree in sports medicine and athletic training, in hopes of securing myself successful future employment. I love sports, and would like to surround myself with other people who enjoy sports viewing and participation. I would make a good candidate for the track team because I like to be challenged, I take criticism well, I am encouraging to others, respectful, committed, goal oriented, centered, and responsible. I am, also, a valuable asset to the track team because I excel in both shot put and discus.
