My names Kate Saunders(15). I’m a sophomore I’m high school. As a 4 sport varsity athlete I have learned a lot about myself through Basketball, Gymnastics, Cheer and Track. Each sport has a different value and meaning in how and why I started it and why I still do it. I started off by doing track just to stay in shape but I really liked the 100m hurdles and pole vault. Even though this was my first year of track I started off with a time of 19.01 and I ended this season with a time of 17.86. And for pole vault I ended this season with my personal best a 7’6. Being apart of these 4 sports not has only taught me skill but, it has taught me how to work with respect and thankfulness. In college I want to major Sports and Medicine.
