My name is Alexa Moore and I am part of the class of 2020! I truly feel that I have found my niche with the event of Pole Vault and want nothing more than to be able to continue pursuing my love of the sport and compete at the collegiate level. My biggest asset is that I'm a team player who focuses both on the field and in the classroom. I am a versatile athlete who also competes at high jump and hurdles. My newest PR in Pole Vault for my junior year season is 11ft. My goal is to reach 11'6 or beyond for my senior year. My educational goals are to get into a Nursing or Physician Assistant Program. I have been a 3 season Varsity Athlete since my freshman year and have broken records in Pole Vault for my High School, all while taking a rigorous schedule of International Baccalaureate (IB), AP, and Honors courses. I am a former USAG gymnast and serve as Captain for my Gymnastics team, which I assisted the Athletic Director in starting the gymnastics program and helped lead the team to a championship our first season out. I look forward to flying high and taking my love of pole vault to the next level.
