My name is Abigail Hardy-Teekasingh, I am a Junior at Johnson City High School and am expected to graduate in 2023. I plan on majoring in kinesiology and then continuing my schooling either in med-school in order to become an Orthopedic Specialist, or go on to obtain my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in order to become a physical therapist. Throughout high school, I have taken numerous AP and honors classes and successfully maintained a GPA that has earned me a spot on the National Honors Society, and I plan to maintain that GPA, I also plan to continue contributing to my community through acts of service that evidently qualified me for NHS. Throughout all of these goals and achievements, I have been able to work with my coaches in order to pursue a successful athletic career in track and field despite an ongoing injury.
