2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
As soon as I set foot on that track at the age of 7 I fell in love. Ever since I’ve been working to be the best athlete and student I could possibly be. I plan to participate in the Dual enrollment program during my junior/senior year with Wake Tech Community College which will allow me to complete my Assoc. of Science. In addition to AP and college classes I have been selected for 2 leadership positions this school year, which will give me the opportunity to inspire others.
Running at the collegiate level would be such a wonderful opportunity. I am very coachable and strive to be the first one on the track and the last one off the track. I ultimately would like to attend a college that will support and allow me to pursue my academic and athletic goals as well as be a perfect match for me.
