I am Hailey Horob and I am from Willisotn, North Dakota in the western part of the state. I come from a large familythat is very sports orientated. I am 5'6" in height and 135 pounds. I have participated in high school track, competing varsity, since I was in the seventh grade. Ihave participated in the North Dakota State Track Meet since the seventh grade. I have placed in the top 8 at state track in the pole vault since the eighth grade. I am also the North Dakota Class A Pole Vault Champ of 2011. I can bring my leadership to the team as I help run practice during the times that our coach is unable to be present. I have a very good work ethic on and off the field, knowing that hard work is the key to a successful future. I know that I have to be responsible and very good at time management with being a high school athlete, keeping my grades up, and being a self provider and work a part time job during the school year. I have been driven to be a college athlete since I entered high school sports knowing that my athletic talent can take me places in my athletic career. I would like to attend a more urban setting type of school with a very good academic program and athletic program. I would tobe able to compete as a freshman with a high competition level, so it will push me to better myself. While attending school I would like to pursue my interest in political science.
