Hi, my name is Megan Mahaffey and I am a junior at Olmsted Falls High School. I started hurdling in 7th grade and then my freshman year I also began both high jump and long jump. Not only do I run track for Olmsted Falls during the spring, but I also run with Strongsville Track Club in the summer and do indoor track during the winter. The main component that sets me apart from others is the importance of hard work and dedication to me for the sport. Whether it is during the season or in the off season, I am always working and preparing myself to improve and continue to do my best. My goals after high school are to continue on to a college that would fit both my academic and athletic needs and one where I can keep improving and growing in both categories, while also continuing my love for track.
