6A Regional Track...Personal Statement
I have been hurdling since my freshman year after playing soccer for 10 years, I feel more and more confident in my abilities and love for running. I am determined to bring my best to every practice and track meet, so that I can look back and see that I have always tried my hardest. My family, coach, and team have made sure that if I’m striving, my best will always be enough. That is why I have the will to improve each day, so that I can succeed at the collegiate level. I am a leader for my school on and off the field, as well as being the Vice President of my graduating class, I am also an encouragement to my fellow hurdlers. We cheer each other on and help each other get better. I hope to be able to be on a collegiate team that display's those core qualities every day in school and on the field.
