I hope to pursue a career in the sciences or history fields, as they are my most favorite academic classes. I have worked hard to maintain my GPA of 3.39 while pursuing my passion for cross country and track. I have also been active outside of school, volunteering in my community, as a counselor in training at Dragonfly Forest, and continuing my piano playing to help maintain my emotional balance.
As a high school varsity cross country runner for the last three years, my efforts have helped our team to a 2nd place conference win in 2017. I have a passion for cross country and have been the number 2-4 runner consistently for the past 2 seasons. I have enjoyed supporting my teammates mentally and physically to push all of us to reach new PR's. The camaraderie, competitiveness, and connectedness from my participation in athletics has helped me immensely in developing into a stronger and more capable student athlete.
