I aspire to attend a college where I can not only be a part of their track and field team, but also receive a good education. My plan is to go to school and study English and Theatre. I hope to throw either shot put or discus while in school because I would love to have the student athlete experience.
Currently, I am taking German 4 and a few advanced classes. My grade point average is a 97.1 and my weighted gpa is a 100. I am also a first year member of national honor society, three year member of student government, three year member of drama club, second year member of German club and D.E.C.A.
I've been in track and field since the seventh grade, but only began throwing in the eighth grade. I also have played volleyball since the seventh grade. In the eighth grade, I set the St. Marys Area Middle School shot put record with a throw of 36' 3". I am also currently approximately 3' away from breaking the record at St. Marys Area High School which is 36' 8" set in the 1970s.
