My collegiate goal as a runner is to be the best student-athlete I can be! I believe the thing that sets me apart from other athletes is I embrace the pain and hard work It takes to be a good athlete, as well as a great student. Leadership, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic are what make me a valuable attribute within a team. My aspirations for the collegiate level are to better myself as a runner and as a person, while serving as a role model for others!

Training
- My training Involves doing plyometrics and strength training 5 days a week, as well as working one on one with a former olympic athlete to improve my running form and explosive power 2 days a week..

- The majority of my strength training involves abs, hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves. When working to build explosive power and endurance two days a week I will either run hills, pull tires, do a track workout, work on strides and technique, or do explosive exercises (box jumps, frog hops, front and back lunges, etc.)
