Cadence Sansom '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Cadence Sansom and I am 17 years old. I am a senior at Lago Vista High School and have been pole vaulting since 7th grade, and it has become a huge part of my life. My dad was a pole vaulter in high school and got third in State which inspired me to pole vault as well and helped me make it to State myself. 

I have worked extremely hard in my pole vaulting career but I have also focused on being a great student. I am a part of my schools Student Council and National Honors Society.  I am also a part of my local Leo’s club as well as volunteer with Open my World Therapeutics. I am in the top quartile of my class and strive to get A’s in all of my classes while maintaining a part time job. I am looking for a college with a Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice program to lead me into a career where I can do my best to help people.
