Candace Jones '15 Recruiting Profile

        Hello, My name is Candace Jones. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. People call me crazy because I love to run, I run everyday by choice and I'm thankful for the great ability. I've been running since i was in 7th grade doing sprints, but in 9th grade I started to get out of my comfort zone and do events i never thought I could run. (400m, 800m,1000m,1600m, and cross country) I'm not afraid to work hard and prove what I have to show. I'm a very fast learner and I hope to be a leader as i become an upperclassman. My goal is to break 5 in the mile and make nationals as a junior. I'm willing to work hard until I achieve that. When I graduate, I  want to major in Public Health and become a doctor. I would like to become a role model for younger athletes who want to accomplish mutual, or similar goals that I have now.
