Alexandria Wagoner '15 Recruiting Profile

I have ran Cross Country and Track for the past four years of my high school career. I impeccably exemplify how a young woman should approach life; always challenging myself, whether it be academically, athletically, or socially.  I am assertive in seeking any goal i set and understand how to maintain my sense of purpose in order to achieve my goals on a daily basis. My commitment to my sport and team is always unwavering. I have been able to manage grueling workouts six days a week, all year long, along with a challenging academic load. I have shown great organizational skills by being  able to effectively manage my intense involvement in academics and athletics. Academically I have always excelled. No matter what the setting, I am always poised, polished, and professional. I have challenged myself by taking advanced honor classes and college courses. I have proven myself to be an outstanding student through discipline and commitment to her studies. I work extremely well in group settings and consistently carry the leadership role no matter what the setting. I have been blessed with a positive and enthusiastic personality that allows me to be a natural encourager and leader. I have never forced my leadership; rather my peers look to me for guidance. When I speak people listen. My peers have an immense respect to me due to my work ethic, encouraging spirit, and the success I attained in academics and athletics. I am a great friend with no social barriers, which is one of my most impressive characteristics. I genuinely care for all of my peers, no matter their background. I desire to continue to nurture my passion to lead and serve people in the field of physical therapy, and while at school I would like to study exercise science so that in the future I can become a leader in this field of study.
