I have run track since third grade and started competing on a club team in sixth grade. After falling in love with the sport, I have committed myself to compete collegiately. Currently, I run on my school team, as well as Xtreme Speed Track Club, which is a summer and offseason team. I excel running all sprint events, but specialize in 100m and 400m hurdles.
I am a hard working and dedicated student/athlete, who will strive for my best all the time. I have focus on succeeding in the classroom, as well as on the track.
I’m interested in attending a college on the West Coast, but I’m open to all colleges, regardless of the location, which would give me the right opportunity.
For education in college, I’m looking for something in nursing or sports medicine. I’ve always been inspired by my mother and aunts, who are registered nurses. My goal is to run and be challenged as a collegiate athlete, and also earn a degree in the major that interests me.
