I started throwing in Track and Field when I was about 13 and instantly became attached to it. I had started throwing because I had seen my older brother doing it, and it looked like so much fun to me that I wanted to try it. As my love for throwing and Track and Field grew, my thoughts and dreams of throwing collegiately grew. Doing this sport collegiately will be both a fantastic opportunity and would help me to be the best athlete and person that I can be.
I practice about four-five times per week with lifting included. I'm extremely hard working, and always push myself every practice to strive to be the best athlete/thrower that I can be. I am a very coachable athlete, and always make sure that I am the best and most encouraging teammate to everyone.
In school, I maintain about a 4.25 GPA (weighted), and I always study hard so that I'm able to maintain it year-round. Like on the track, I always try to push myself in academics as well by making sure I take the hardest classes, like all honors and/or AP classes.
I want to attend a college that will push me to be the best version of myself academically, athletically, and in life. My main goal is to find the right college that will provide me with the best academics as well athletics. I hope to become the best student, teammate, athlete, and friend to everyone around me, and to make all the people who have helped me throughout my journey proud.
