My biggest college goals are to attend a school that has a strong theater program where I can pursue a BFA in either acting or musical theater, while also competing in the sport of track and field. My passion for both theater as well as track has made a unique transformation in the way I dedicate myself to my work. I've had to learn how to balance the rigors of my athletic training, the often times grueling rehearsals and performance schedule associated with my theater involvement, and of course the everyday challenges of high school course work. I feel that by being able to effectively balance all these commitments I have gained valuable insight into the type of student athlete I will need to be to be successful in college. I am confident that my drive, dedication, and work ethic will help me be a positive asset to both the theater arts program and track team of whichever college I chose to attend.
