My name is Evvia Belireau, I am a Libero/DS for the class of 2022. I have played volleyball for three years, and I love it more and more every time I play.
My goal is to play on an NCAA Division 1 volleyball team. I come from a very small town where there is very little volleyball, however for the past two and a half years I’ve had the opportunity to play on one of the top teams in Alberta. I’ve always loved pushing myself and being pushed by others to reach my full potential, and being given the chance to learn and grow as a player and I am looking forward to a similar experience during post-secondary. I would love the opportunity to be pushed and as a result, having the ability to work my way up on a roster. I am hoping for a Division 1 school that can help me with this dream.
I am not yet sure of what I would like to study, however, I am leaning towards Health and Medicine, communications or liberal arts. Just like in volleyball I enjoy being challenged in academics. I am looking for a program that will be a good fit both academically and athletically
