I have grown up being taught to be a hard worker- and that I am. I feel my coaches and teachers would describe me as focused. I am very in the moment of whatever I am doing an have all of my attention on the task at hand. I also grew up very competitive which has helped me succeed throughout many of my life paths.
I started being competitive with track the summer before high school in 2018. I joined the Medicine Hat Bulldogs track club, and with that I have been fortunate enough to compete in many different provincial meets to help grow my love for the sport. As being a multi-sport athlete I found that doing throws and sprints was best, but I have now fully committed myself to track, and I now just focus on throws!
I am a very hard worker in the classroom as well. I try to keep my grades as a priority and find it important for me to succeed on and off the field.
