my beliefs aren’t necessarily full proof, i think what they are is a gateway to success. I believe that a team is a group of people dedicated to an end goal and wanting to reach it together by not only working, but having fun.  I strongly agree that each person on their team has a job, and that they should do their utmost best to fulfill it every single chance they have. Not only does one need to believe in themselves, but they need to believe in the process of one another. Being comfortable with the uncomfortable is not only a way of growing but also a way of maturing. Trusting your process, your teammates, and your shared goal will help you succeed. My personal goals are to find a place where i can be of the utmost benefit and be able to support every and any girl on the team. In academics and athletics I strive to push myself as far as i can go, giving my all for every test, assignment, and game. Overall i believe in having fun!
