2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Rachel Rosser and I am a class of 2023 student at South Delta Secondary in BC Canada. I have been a multi sport athlete for most of my life playing at both school and club level. Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball have been my primary sports and recently I have chosen to focus more on volleyball. I am passionate about volleyball and enjoy not only the fast pace of the game but also the team atmosphere. I am a middle and left side hitter for my club and school team.
I am an energetic, outgoing person and pick things up fast having the experience of being a multi-sport athlete. My coaches have referred to me as being fierce, competitive, fun, supportive and coachable. All traits which I am proud of and work hard to maintain.
My goal as a student athlete is to attend a Academically and Athletically competitive University where I can study environmental sciences while playing volleyball at the highest level of competition I can.
