My name is Mikki green, 

I am currently a student athlete at the University of New Brunswick looking to transfer, I am currently going into my second year of nursing. I have one year of university training but all my eligibility left and my goal is to use it.

I have been playing volleyball for 6 years now and I love it. I am a passionate, gritty player and that sets me apart, I believe working hard is a given but going above and beyond is the athletes job. 

Coaches are responsible for teaching us and I believe it is the athletes job to use what their given and to apply it. They can only tell you what to do, they can’t do it for you.

Everything in Volleyball needs to be earned and achieved and that's something that I love about it, there's always something to improve upon and work towards.

I know I would make a great candidate for your team because of the kind of player I am, I am a hardworking, encouraging and a motivated young player and when faced with a challenge I don’t shy away. I love to prove not only others but myself wrong everyday and I enjoy it.

I love volleyball and there's not one moment of the game where you will not see me smiling because I am so happy to be playing  volleyball, you will  never see me down. I am always the loudest and I am always encouraging to my teammates because if we are not enjoying it then we have no chance of playing our best and winning.

This sport means everything to me and I am willing to do everything to get to the top. From late hours to early mornings I will train and  work hard to insure my success. I am an outgoing person with lots of positive energy and one of my best assets would be my work ethic and my personality.  I work hard in school and in volleyball to ensure I have good grades and good games. I work hard to remain a a high GPA student and to ensure I stay at the top of my game and  I am always willing to learn new things. Volleyball is my passion, its a part of my life that I hope I never lose and I am willing to do as much as necessary to fully achieve my goals and to feel a sense of accomplishment. Achievements:

• u18 Team BC (2021)

-  3rd at Best of the West in BC 2020

-  2nd in the Spokane NWPL tournament in 2020

• top 5 In BC beach provincials fro three consecutive years 
• 3rd in BC’s quad A high-school provincials 
• 1st at best of the West in BC 2022
