Laila Briscoe '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Laila Briscoe.  I live in Dublin, California and I've been playing volleyball since I was 11 years old.  Volleyball has always been a source of happiness in my life even through the ups and downs of it.  I love to meet new girls and collaborate with them on reaching the same goals for our team.  I see myself as a very bubbly and energetic teammate.  I love nothing more than being there for my teammates and keeping their spirits high.  Academics are also extremely important to me and I've been an Honor Roll student since middle school.  I always remind myself that I am a student before I am an athlete.  I've always dreamed of playing at a high collegiate level and have been working hard my whole academic and volleyball career to make that happen.  In my free time I like to participate in activities relating to musical theatre.
