I've been looking into colleges that fit my wants and needs since my freshman year. I also spent a lot of time looking for a career I want to pursue and now that I want to be able to play volleyball in college and probably past college I want to find the school right for me. I started to play volleyball seriously around 10 months ago and have improved a lot since then thanks to all of my coaches, they taught me so much but there's still a lot about the sport I could learn and I hope making it into a college team or even just participating in college camps can make me the best player I can be. On the academic side of my future I want a job that helps people as much as possible which is why I was looking into biomedical engineering. I also have looked into civil engineering, they help create the layouts of cities and roads to help our growing population. The last field I was looking into was the arts and fine arts which includes architecture and personal on my own time arts like sculptures, 3D design, studio arts and drawing/painting. I want to find a school where I can stay near family either my parents or any of my sibling who all live in different places for convenience and because I think I'd miss them too much. I want a school with a volleyball team who wants to win, who wants to learn and who wants to better themselves and each other. A team with no goal or spirit is barely a team to me. I also planned on going to a JUCO to finish my core classes and then a major university for my major and minor degrees and if I could play volleyball through both of those schools it would be amazing and I want to play volleyball as long as I can.
