Haley Burdo '20 Recruiting Profile

  Some of my goals for my college career are to contribute and help my team as much as I can. I feel that being a good teammate who is reliable and dependable makes me a good candidate for any collegiate team. In academics, I currently hold a 4.0 GPA and I am in all honors classes including 3 AP classes. Also, I am in classes taken by most seniors such as honors pre calculus. In athletics, during high school season, I was named the #2 setter in California (prior to playoffs) running a 5-1 rotation playing in all sets. I helped lead my team to the California State Championships for the second time in school history and ended the season with a total of 1122 assists. My freshman year on varsity, I was the starting setter in a 6-2 rotation and was named #2 setter in the San Joaquin Valley. I also helped lead my team to earn a spot in playoffs for the first time in school history. During club season 2019, I play in a 6-2 rotation and helped my team, Rage Sacramento Volleyball Club (17-1 Rick), get first place in League 2. Prior to that, I played on the NCVC 16s team and earned an Open bid along with first place in League.
