Sumerlyn Spencer '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sumerlyn Spencer and I’m a 5’ 5 outside hitter/ libero from Vacaville, California. I am currently on Five Starz Volleyball Club, 17s Debby and will soon be going into my senior year at Vanden High School. My volleyball career began when I was in 3rd grade, taking after my dads love for volleyball. Going from city league, to summer camps, then growing to become a competitive player my love for the game has continued to grown ever since I first stepped on the court. I’ve grown to be a hard working, driven player climbing over any obstacles throughout my volleyball career. I know I can offer a lot to my future team by adding my high energy, hard work, and passion to the court. Along with volleyball I am looking forward to majoring in Biology to become a veterinarian in the near future. I am looking forward to continue improving my skill and find the right college for me!
