Abigail Ormand '20 Recruiting Profile

After high school I plan on going into the nursing program. Hoping to get accepted, I would like to complete my bachelor’s degree and become an RN. After I become an RN, and after my four years at university, I plan on heading into the navy as a nurse. Aside from those plans, I am hoping to get recruited and play volleyball while achieving these goals of mine. I believe I am a good candidate for any team because I am a very hard working person. I do not expect anything to be handed to me, everything in life is earned. I am also very good around new people, and I am not afraid to ask questions, nor am I afraid to be corrected. I am always eager to learn and am always looking to improve, whether it be athletically or academically. I have always done well in school, and I am great at time management. I am not afraid to chase after my goals while also being a student athlete. I have never backed down from a challenge.
