Yesenia Ramirez '20 Recruiting Profile

My dream is to attend a university or college that will prepare me for my future.  My dream is to go into the medical field and/or criminal justice.  I have been playing volleyball since the fifth grade.  During my eighth grade of middle school, our volleyball team went undefeated.  I am so proud when I go to my middle school and I see the trophy with my name on it.  When I started high school, I made the junior varsity team as a freshman.  This year, my sophomore year I made varsity team.  As I saw the picture in my gym, of our varsity pictures my dream is to see my picture on a college university volleyball team.  I have done Desert Sports Volleyball Club (DSVC) since 2014.  At DSVC I have learned the skills to be a passer,  a hitter, and a blocker.  My strengths in volleyball are serving, blocking, and hitting.   I am a team player, I get along well with other people.  I always encourage my other teammates to do their best.
