Hello, I'm Sophia Tzannakos, a freshman enrolled at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, having graduated high school in 2023. Throughout my volleyball journey, I've primarily played as an Outside Hitter/Defense Specialist and have spent several years playing Middle. My volleyball passion began at the age of nine.

During my 2022 High School Varsity season, I earned the title of the Most Versatile Player. In 2023, I received the prestigious 2023 Orange County Athletic Directors Association - Student Athlete of Character Award and secured a spot on the All-League 1st Team.

I bring a versatile skill set to the team, always ready to contribute wherever needed. My adaptability allows me to mesh well with diverse team dynamics, fostering new friendships with teammates. I'm eager to evolve into a mature student-athlete, embracing the challenges and opportunities that come my way.
