Hello! My name is Hadley Haselden, and I’m an outside and opposite from Northern California. My experience playing volleyball has been the highlight of my life. I have met and worked with incredible athletes who I have formed life-long friendships with, I have worked with coaches that have helped me strive to become the best possible version of myself both on and off the court, and I have been given an incredible avenue to express my natural drive for competition and athletics. Because of coronavirus and a torn ACL/meniscus during my sophomore year, I feel I have missed out on a huge portion of my volleyball career, and even prior to those, I felt 12’s-18’s was far too little time. I knew ever since I was young that 18’s wouldn’t be the last of my volleyball career, and even more so now that I have lost 2 seasons. Collegiate volleyball has been the ultimate goal of my time as a player since the beginning, and I have, and will, continue to work hard to achieve this goal! Aside from volleyball, my collegiate goal has been to ultimately study law, because of my passion and drive for rhetoric, debate, and justice. I have taken courses in speech and debate at my school, participated in debate clubs prior to my current school, and have been continuing to express this passion in extracurricular ways. All in all, I will continue to put in the work to be the best athlete I can be, as well as the best student I can be wherever I end up! Thank you so much for your time!
