Nicole Chamorro '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2019 high school graduate and a member of the Xceleration 18 White club team.  I have been playing club volleyball for the past four years.  My past three years have been with Xceleration.  I have been a starting all-around player for the Bentley Varsity Volleyball team for the past two years.  I was awarded the Coaches Award my sophomore year and I was selected to be the Co-Team Varsity Captain my junior year.  

One of the things I am most proud of as an athlete is my work ethic.  Volleyball truly is my passion and I work extremely hard to grow and improve as a player.  This club season I am working with a sports performance trainer three times per week and taking advantage of the clinics/additional training provided by Xceleration Volleyball. Over the past two summers, I played for the Xceleration Beach Volleyball team and attended two college training camps.

I am an active member of the Bentley High School community, both through my leadership role as Co-Captain of the Bentley Varsity team, as a member of the Bentley Captains Counsel and as a selected member of the Bentley Peer Counseling program.  I have worked hard to maintain a strong academic record at Bentley, which is a challenging college preparatory high school.  I took a rigorous course load for my Junior year, and I was very proud to have earned a 4.2 GPA in my first trimester while also balancing my responsibilities on the Varsity team.
