I love playing volleyball and enjoy the fitness, dedication and true teamwork it demands to be successful in the sport. Academics are a priority for me and I am a strong student near the top of my class. I am committed to volleyball being a part of my collegiate experience at a school with an exemplary accounting and business program. For my last four years of club ball, I have enjoyed playing on Southern California Division 1 club teams with Forza1 North as a starter, 6 rotation outside hitter rarely leaving the court. In 17's, we finished 7th out of nearly 200 teams in the SCVA. Ending our season at USA Nationals each year, we earned a bid in the American Division for 2019. We won a Gold Medal in 2018 and a Bronze Medal in 2017. Our Forza1 North 18-1's team will be traveling quite a bit for out of state tournaments including internationally in Italy. I have also enjoyed playing on my high school varsity team. My freshman and sophomore years, we made the CIF semi-finals and I was All League MVP and 1st Team. As a junior in 2018, our team was undefeated in league and won both the CIF and State Championships. I received All League 1st Team, All Area 2nd Team and was honored with the only individual award presented at our State Championship match. My senior year in 2019, we were undefeated a second time in league and despite moving up two divisions, we won both the CIF Division 3 and California State Division 2 Championships. I was recognized as the All-State Player of the Year for medium schools, All-CIF Southern Section Division 3 Player of the Year and Sun Valley Player of the Year for San Bernardino County, California and was excited to participate in both the Puma and Inland All-Star select team events. I have truly been fortunate to play with fun and successful teams both at the high school and club level and look forward to contributing on an equally motivated team in college. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my friends, cooking, listening to music, and playing the ukulele.
