Bailey Smith '20 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball in the fifth grade and it has been the center of my life ever since. I am interested in playing at the next level because i believe that I am capable of it. Playing at the collegiate level is a dream of mine, and I believe that I am very capable of accomplishing this goal. I want to implement all of the skills I have developed over the years, and I especially hope to continue to grow as a player while in college. I am a great candidate to play on your team because I am a team player, a very hard worker, and a great listener. I will not, and do not, settle for less once i set my mind to doing something. I will work my hardest to succeed and to encourage and support my teammates while doing so. I have always been encouraging, and I definitely have enough energy to spread around to others to make sure everyone has a great time playing.  If I am able to receive the opportunity to play at the next level, I would like to help my team and myself succeed.
