Kiana Paredes '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Kiana Paredes and I am a libero for SF Elite Volleyball Club and Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory. I have played club volleyball since I was in third grade and am now on 17 Pele  for my club. Although this season had an unusual start, I have never stopped preparing myself for the game. At my club, there is a high level of training and competition. I am constantly challenged to become a smarter, faster, and more determined athlete. I embrace challenges in every match that I play.  This year playing starting libero on Varsity has shown me how much I can help myself and my teammates grow. As a student I am self-driven and consider my academics a high priority. I have a 4.10 weighted GPA, this includes honors and advanced courses. Off the court I am a committed student, who is a motivated scholar. On the court my motivation to grow as a leader and an athlete encourages me to push my teammates to play at their best, utilize coaching advice to advance my performance to a higher level, and play the sport I love.
