Natalie Laiolo '21 Recruiting Profile

I am so honored to announce that I have committed to further my academic and volleyball career at Northwest Missouri State University. Thank you to all my coaches, friends, and family who have supported me along the way! GO BEARCATS!!!

My name is Natalie Laiolo and I am a junior at Tracy High School in Tracy, California. I am a 5'9" athlete with 7 years of club volleyball experience. I was honored to play on varsity as a freshman and be 2nd team All-Conference.  I also played varsity as a sophomore and won our conference for the second year in a row. As a sophomore I was also 2nd team All-Conference for the second year in a row. I am currently a junior and I was honored to receive 1st team All-Conference and get 1,000 assists and digs throughout my high school career so far. I am a setter for club and high school. I proved to be a good blocker in the front row as well as a great defensive specialist in the back row. I currently play for NorCal Volleyball Club located in Pleasanton, California.

I have many collegiate goals. I would like to further my education at an academically challenging environment as well as play the sport I am passionate about. I am extremely motivated & dedicated to be a better player and person on and off the court. I am a coachable player and always wanting to further my knowledge about the game. I like to watch film and examine what I can improve on to better my skills. I attend college camps, clinics, and a setter coach to focus on improvement. I am self-motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to get me to the level I want to compete at. I am always the first one to practice and last one to leave,  showing my dedication and hard work. My goal is to be the hardest working player on the court, not only to further my own career but also to motivate my fellow peers as well.
