Hailey Hendrickson '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Hailey and I'm in the class of 2026. I am very goal oriented and self-motivated. I have had the opportunity to compete in volleyball and shooting sports in middle and high school. I am very driven to be the best at what I do and have made the state team in shooting sports the last four years I have competed. I set a goal to become a member of the National Training Center Shooting Club at the Olympic Training Center which I achieved this year. In volleyball, I began playing in middle school for fun. In high school I made the Freshman team and really fell in love with the sport. I worked very hard last year and during the off season to improve my skills with the goal of making the varsity team my Sophomore year. I achieved this goal this year and have now set a goal of playing volleyball in college. I have joined a club team to continue improving my skills and to become a well-rounded player. I love the personal challenges that volleyball provides within a team setting. 

Academically, I have always taken honors, AP or concurrent enrollment classes when available. My grades are very important to me as my goal is to attend medical or law school after earning my undergraduate degree. 

I'm looking for a college where I will be challenged academically and where I can make a positive impact and be a contributing member of the volleyball team.
