Personal Statement
I have been playing volleyball for about 5 years; 3 years of club and middle school and about 2 years of assorted camps, clinics, and conditioning. Ever since my dad first took me to a CSU Women’s Volleyball game in first grade, I have been completely hooked on the sport. From the time when I started playing more competitive volleyball, I knew that I wanted to play in college and possibly at even higher levels.
On the court, I have strong passing and hitting skills, but also pretty good hands when it comes to setting. I am extremely versatile and can play any position needed. Also, I am coachable and am always open to new ways to improve my skills and overall game. This last year, I have gained additional skills in blocking and serving.
While I continue to improve on the court, I know that I am a student athlete. I am a 4.0 GPA student and I am currently in two Pre-AP classes and an AP class.
I want to attend a college that will push me in both my academics and volleyball career. I am open to all options, but I would really like to compete at the highest possible level as volleyball is my passion.Athletics
